I loved the summer school course! It has been perfect for us newcomers to Denmark – a good chance to meet new people and socialize. It has been really helpful to have lots of opportunities to speak Danish! I also think the resources are excellent – the book and the website. And the teachers have been really patient and friendly. This has given me something fun, social and productive to do while I look for a job and really helped me to settle in Copenhagen.

Danish summer school programme

The summer programme is an intensive 4 weeks Danish course.

The summer course consists of:

  • 25 weekly lessons (Mon-Friday 8.45am to 1pm)
  • classical classroom teaching combined with more flexible teaching methods
  • digital teaching and learning aids
  • a weekly excursion or field trip.

I enjoyed everything we did at the summer school in order to learn Danish. The best part was going to the museum when we learned colors in a different way. And workshop days were good because on those days we actually implemented all the things which we learned during class and that's the most important thing
