Registration for Danish courses

Your registration is personal and binding.

Payment of the course fee must be received before we place you in a course.

The course registration must be submitted in good time before the start of the course. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once we have received your registration.

In the event of overbooking or cancellation, you will be offered the next available place in a corresponding course. Course participants will be admitted to courses by registration date.

Cancellation of Danish courses

You can cancel your registration for a course before the cancellation deadline, which is 14 days before the course begins. You will receive a refund of the course fee, less an administration fee of DKK 300.

If you cancel later than 14 days before the start of the course, we cannot refund the course fee.

You can submit your cancellation in writing to adm@kbh-sprogcenter.dk

If you wish to transfer to another course, you must notify us within the first two course sessions. If you transfer to another course, the difference in the course fee will be payable/refunded.

Payment of Danish courses

Registration and payments are performed via our website, www.kbh-sprogcenter.dk.

The price of each course, inclusive of VAT, is listed next to the course description.

For courses requiring a computer and internet access, you must use your own equipment.

Contact our administration for information about alternatives to payment via the website.

Conditions subject to change

In the event of overbooking, we reserve the right to refer the last registered participants to another course, or a course at a later date.

If, on the other hand, the number of registered participants is lower than the minimum required, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course.

We reserve the right to change teachers at any time before the course start date or during the course.

We reserve the right at any time (including during a course) to change the format in which a course is conducted from a physical classroom course to an online course. This can be done in cases of force majeure (e.g. disease epidemic, pandemic). As long as the academic content of the course remains the same, such a change of format from physical classroom course to online course will not entitle the student to any form of compensation.
